Deliver

Delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is free for orders above €75. The delivery costs for smaller orders within the Netherlands are €4.95. For orders in Belgium and Luxembourg this is €5.95.

For delivery to other countries, please see Shipping costs. Orders placed before 13:00 (CET) on working days will be delivered the next day. In the Netherlands, PostNL delivers orders. In Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, DPD delivers. In other countries, UPS.
Due to Brexit, we are currently unable to ship to the United Kingdom. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? Then the items can be returned within 14 days. Returns are easy, fast and safe via the Alchemist return portal. A return shipment must always be registered in advance in the return portal.

To the return portal


For NL, BE, LUX, and DE:

  • You can register your return by logging in with your order number and email address.
  • Please don’t forget to specify the reason for your return.
  • Once completed, you can print your return label. Attach it to the top of the parcel, making sure the original shipping label is no longer visible.
  • There’s no need to add postage.
  • You can drop off your return at:

    Drop-off locations can be found via our return portal.
  • A return fee of €4.95 will be deducted from your refund as a contribution to return shipping costs.

All other countries:
Please note: This return service is only available in NL, BE, LUX, and DE.
If you’re returning an item from another country, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs yourself.
Simply register your return via the Alchemist return portal (see above) and send the parcel with sufficient postage. 
In that case, no return fee will be charged.

Returned items must be new, unused, and unworn, in the original packaging with all original tags attached. We will not accept returns of damaged and/or used items or items with stains. Items that were not purchased through this website cannot be returned.

Any paid contribution to the shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded. This is considered additional compensation for the costs incurred for the return. After receipt of the return shipment, the return amount will be refunded as soon as possible (normally a maximum of 7 working days). We will send an email to confirm the refund.

Order consciously, that is also sustainable.
